Services include:
Common area cleaning: vacuuming, mopping, dustings, lift polishing
Window washing
Gardening: Lawn mowing, pruning, leaf blowing.
Cleaning and restocking office toilets
Taking out bins for council collection and returning them once emptied
Checking building is safe and secure
Reporting any issues to the owners corporation manager
Liaising with external contractors on site
Attending AGM meetings to answer any questions and offer advice
Hard rubbish removal (Additional cost and not all items can be taken)
Graffitti removal / colour match painting over. (Depending on your council, you may be able to get this service discounted or for free, we can assist in getting it sorted in the cheapest and most timely manner)
Supervision of tenant move in and outs to ensure no damage is caused to common areas
On call after hours assistance

Handyman repairs
From time to time things break, whether by accident or just wear and tear. We offer a large range of handyman services so the best way to find out if we can help is to ask. Some of our most common handyman requests are:
Repairing doors handles & hinges
Installing key safes
Removing of old key safes you’ve lost the code to
Patching small holes in the wall
Replacing broken fence panels
Installing combination locks
Installing hooks/brackets for paintings or TVs
Repair or installation of water irrigation hosing and tap timers for your garden
I.T & access security
Services include but not limited to the following:
Coding of replacement garage remotes*
Duplication of access FOBs/swipes*
Installation, monitoring and recovering footage of security cameras and DVRs

Access security checks on every visit to ensure all points of entry are locked and functional.
Computer repairs & virus removal.
General tech help & anything we cant do we will recommend the best place or solution for your needs
Any tech support relating to your building or personal property is an additional charge, but basic advice is always free so please don’t hesitate to ask. From your garage remote not working to your printer not responding we have you covered.
